Terms of Sale & Consumer Agreement
SECTION 1 — OVERVIEW & PURPOSE This Terms of Sale Agreement ("Agreement") governs all purchases, orders, and deliveries made by the Customer ("Buyer," "You") through ghostlume.co. By placing an order and completing checkout, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SECTION 2.2 — BUYER INFORMATION Information provided by the customer during account registration or guest checkout on ghostlume.co (billing address, shipping address, contact details) is treated as the official Buyer Information for the order.
SECTION 3 — PRODUCT & ORDER SPECIFICATIONS Product details — description, quantity, pricing, specifications, applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and payment method — are finalized and displayed on the checkout page prior to purchase confirmation.
SECTION 4 — GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 Acceptance of Terms. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms they have read and agreed to the product descriptions, pricing, payment terms, and delivery parameters shown before completing the order.
4.2 Delivery & Fulfillment Timelines. All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse to addresses within the United States. Unless an extended timeframe is explicitly agreed in advance, BST-PRODUCT LTD delivers all orders within a maximum of ten (10) business days from the date the order ships, using one of several U.S. shipping carriers.
In accordance with the U.S. FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), if an unexpected delay prevents delivery within this timeframe, BST-PRODUCT LTD will promptly notify the Buyer and offer the choice to: consent to the delay, accept a suitable replacement, or receive a full refund.
4.3 Third-Party Recipient. If the Buyer designates a third party to receive the shipment, BST-PRODUCT LTD is not liable for issues arising from that recipient refusing or failing to claim delivery.
4.4 Merchant Responsibility. BST-PRODUCT LTD is responsible for dispatching purchased items in secure, complete, and fully functional condition, including any necessary accessories or instructions.
4.5 Payment Authorization. Order fulfillment is conditional on full payment authorization. If payment is declined, fraudulent, or reversed by the issuing bank, BST-PRODUCT LTD is released from its fulfillment obligations.
4.6 Disputed & Unauthorized Charges. If a payment is disputed, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent after delivery, BST-PRODUCT LTD may request the Buyer return the item in its original condition. Buyers retain all rights available under applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, including the U.S. Fair Credit Billing Act where applicable, to dispute charges with their card issuer — nothing in this Agreement limits those rights or penalizes a Buyer for exercising them in good faith. Where a return is requested under this clause, BST-PRODUCT LTD will provide a return window of no less than fourteen (14) days and will cover return shipping where the dispute is ultimately resolved in the Buyer's favor.
4.7 Force Majeure & External Delays. BST-PRODUCT LTD is not liable for delivery disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control (severe weather, carrier outages, government actions). The Buyer will be notified promptly and offered the choice to wait, accept a replacement, or receive a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
4.8 Defective or Damaged Goods. Products arriving damaged, defective, or not matching their description will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to the Buyer. For most items, BST-PRODUCT LTD will issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned; where a return is required for higher-value or exception items, BST-PRODUCT LTD covers the return shipping cost in full.
4.9 Binding Agreement. This Agreement becomes binding once the Buyer clicks the purchase/payment confirmation button on ghostlume.co and payment is successfully processed.
SECTION 5 — RETURN POLICY & RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
5.1 30-Day Return Policy. The Buyer may return or request a refund within thirty (30) days of delivery by contacting support@ghostlume.co within that window.
5.2 Condition of Returns & Return Shipping. Returned items must be in resalable condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. For voluntary returns (item not defective or damaged), the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, BST-PRODUCT LTD covers return shipping in full (see Section 4.8).
5.3 Non-Returnable Items. Customized or personalized products, and sale items or gift cards, are exempt from standard returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5.4 Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution. Customers are encouraged to contact support@ghostlume.co directly for fast resolution before filing a formal dispute with their card provider. Contacting us first is optional and never a precondition to exercising any dispute or chargeback right with your card issuer.
5.5 Governing Law & Mandatory Consumer Rights. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement waives, limits, or overrides any non-waivable consumer protection right a Buyer may have under mandatory federal or state laws of the Buyer's U.S. state of residence.
SECTION 6 — ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
6.1 FTC Compliance. This site markets and sells exclusively to consumers located in the United States. In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), we guarantee delivery within the timeframe stated in Section 4.2, and will notify Buyers of and offer options for any anticipated delivery delay.
6.2 Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Agreement limits any right or remedy available to a Buyer under the FTC Act, FTC rules on consumer reviews and endorsements, or applicable U.S. state consumer protection, unfair/deceptive trade practices, or false advertising laws.
