TERMS OF SALE & CONSUMER AGREEMENT

SECTION 1 - OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

This Terms of Sale Agreement ("Agreement") governs all purchases, orders, and deliveries made by the Customer ("Buyer", "You") through ghostlume.co. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, which outline your rights and obligations as a consumer, as well as the duties of the seller.

SECTION 2.2 - BUYER INFORMATION

Information provided by the customer during account registration or guest checkout on ghostlume.co (including billing, shipping address, and contact details) shall be acknowledged as the official Buyer Information for the order.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT & ORDER SPECIFICATIONS

Product details, including item type, quantity, pricing, specs, color, applicable sales tax/VAT, shipping fees, and selected payment methods, are finalized and displayed on the checkout page prior to purchase confirmation.

SECTION 4 - GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 4.1 Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order, the Buyer explicitly declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to the product descriptions, pricing, payment terms, and delivery parameters provided prior to completion of the order.

  • 4.2 Shipping & Fulfillment Timelines: Orders will be processed and shipped to the address provided by the Buyer. Standard shipping estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. In compliance with applicable consumer regulations, all orders will be delivered within a maximum window of 30 days unless a specific extended pre-order timeframe is agreed upon.

  • 4.3 Third-Party Recipient: If the Buyer designates a third party to receive the shipment, BST-PRODUCTS LTD is not liable for issues arising from the recipient refusing the delivery.

  • 4.4 Merchant Responsibility: BST-PRODUCTS LTD is responsible for dispatching the purchased items in secure, complete, and functional condition, including necessary hardware accessories or instructional materials.

  • 4.5 Payment Authorization: Order dispatch is conditional upon full payment authorization via the chosen payment method. If payment is declined, fraudulent, or reversed by the issuing bank, BST-PRODUCTS LTD is immediately released from its fulfillment obligation.

  • 4.6 Unauthorized Charge & Return of Goods: If a product is delivered but payment is subsequently chargebacked, canceled, or flagged as fraudulent, the Buyer must return the item unused in its original condition to BST-PRODUCTS LTD within three (3) business days. Return shipping costs in such cases shall be borne by the Buyer.

  • 4.7 Force Majeure & Delays: BST-PRODUCTS LTD is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, or customs holds. In such events, the Buyer will be notified promptly and offered the option to wait, accept a replacement item, or receive a full refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

  • 4.8 Defective Goods: Products arriving damaged, defective, or failing to match description upon arrival will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no additional cost to the Buyer, with return shipping covered by BST-PRODUCTS LTD.

  • 4.9 Binding Agreement: This Agreement becomes legally binding once the Buyer clicks the purchase/payment confirmation button on ghostlume.co and payment is successfully processed.

SECTION 5 - RETURN POLICY & RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

  • 5.1 30-Day Risk-Free Trial / Return Policy: The Buyer has the right to return or request a refund for the product within 30 days of delivery. To exercise this right, the Buyer must contact customer support via support@ghostlume.co within the 30-day window.

  • 5.2 Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase/order confirmation number.

  • 5.3 Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, personalized items, or final sale items are exempt from standard returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • 5.4 Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions: In cases of unauthorized card use, customers are encouraged to contact support@ghostlume.co directly for immediate resolution prior to filing formal dispute claims with their card provider.

  • 5.5 Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with orders shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
